  • another (Bologna) first-cycle study programme consisting of 180 or 240 ECTS credits, specifically: a programme where the graduate acquires the title of “profesor” (teacher) or a first-cycle study programme in the field of education, art, the humanities and social sciences. In all the stated cases, prior to enrolment candidates must complete course units essential for further study, totalling up to 30 ECTS credits. Candidates who have accumulated 240 ECTS credits in the first cycle must achieve 60 ECTS credits in this programme in order to complete the second cycle of pre-school education studies.

Assesment and completion:

Examination performance is scored as follows: 10 (excellent); 9 (very good: above-average knowledge but with some mistakes); 8 (very good: solid results); 7 (good); 6 (adequate: knowledge satisfies minimum criteria); 5–1 (inadequate). In order to pass an examination, a candidate must achieve a grade between adequate (6) and excellent (10). 
 

Progress:

For candidates taking the programme as a full-time course and consisting of the basic 120 ECTS credits (the course lasts two years), the condition for progression to the second year is the acquisition of 45 ECTS credits in the first year.
