Meeting one of the following conditions:

  • the candidate has acquired an upper secondary vocational education (in any field) and has at least three years of experience in the professional field,
  • the candidate has obtained an upper secondary professional education (in any field) and has at least two years of experience in the professional field,
  • the candidate has obtained a higher or professional higher education (in any field) and has at least one year of experience in the professional field.

The candidate is able to:

  • plan, prepare, implement and control own work and the work of employees, while taking care of the management of appropriate documentation using modern information technology
  • use material, time and energy responsibly to carry out the work
  • make diagnoses about the condition of the vehicle using modern tools and instruments
  • perform work on maintenance, adjustment and repair of installed systems, devices and assemblies on vehicles with appropriate tools and devices for the implementation of individual work procedures
  • adjust, maintain and replace electrical systems
  • maintain, diagnose and service air conditioning and refrigeration equipment in vehicles
  • plan and implement practical education of students and introduction of new employees in the company (content, methodological, didactic and technical)
  • independently organize and manage employees in their business unit, taking into account regulations in the field of labor law, rules of teamwork and management skills
  • communicate independently with customers, associates and business partners, taking into account the principles of successful communication and business etiquette using modern information and communication technology
  • comprehensively and responsibly manage and monitor the implementation of regulations and standards regarding safety and health at work and environmental protection principles in its business unit
  • monitor the work processes in its business unit to achieve quality standards and implement measures to improve quality in accordance with the quality standards and strategy of the business unit
  • develop entrepreneurial characteristics and ensure the profitability of the business unit in cooperation with other services, taking into account the legality of the business environment and regulations in the field of financial and economic field

There are members of examination boards for each examination unit separately. They are appointed by the minister responsible for education. The appointment may be renewed every 4 years.

The candidate takes a master's exam, which contains 4 units:

  • practical part,
  • professional theoretical part,
  • managerial and economic part,
  • pedagogical-andragogical part.

To obtain the title of master, the candidate must pass all (four) examination units of the master's examination.
