The qualification holder will be able to:
  • manage, implement entrepreneurial ideas and promote innovation in small and medium-sized enterprises,
  • understand economic systems in a global setting,
  • promote and manage innovation,

  • solve problems creatively and operate successfully in practice,
  • apply interdisciplinary knowledge and skills for high-quality management,
  • use modern information and communication technology for effective support of work and management,
  • demonstrate the ethical and socially responsible actions of an innovative leader for the management of dynamic changes,
  • demonstrate self-reflection and work effectively in a team and in various business settings.

Examination performance is graded as follows: 10 (excellent); 9 (very good: above-average knowledge but with some mistakes); 8 (very good: solid results); 7 (good); 6 (adequate: knowledge satisfies minimum criteria); 5–1 (inadequate). In order to pass an examination, a candidate must achieve a grade between adequate (6) and excellent (10).

 

Students may progress to the next year if by the end of the academic year they have completed all requirements defined by the study programme for progression to the next year.

Third-cycle doctoral study programmes (SQF level 10)

All requirements envisaged in the programme must be met and a master’s thesis successfully presented for the completion of studies.
